I still think SUING those POS individuals in SMALL CLAIMS COURT might work. $5,000-10,000, depending on the state. And depending on the amount of shareholder anger.

Can you imagine EVERY SINGLE LOSER HERE suing them individually and screwing with THEIR families like they might have done to duped shareholders? Imo, the ONLY thing that an individual would have to give up is his/her alias which would be made public.

Well you said a judge would throw out the Logistics case because they were stupid going into it in the first place - so using that rationale investors would have their case thrown out because they were stupid investing in Baltia in the first place.
