There are some good targets on the BOD that probably do have money.

They would file a motion to consolidate. This would be based on the theory that it is unfair to have possible conflicting Judgments.

This Statutory Provision is initiated to prohibit the unfair practice of tricky Plaintiffs firing bullets from all sides simply to get an unfair advantage. ;-)

P.S. Defendants have the right to have the cases moved to a higher court on many/most instances.
