I already told you that the company was appraised at $15/share. In fact, the value has been calculated for you. So you don't have to do anything.



And how did they come up with that number? By pure gut feelings? That''s not intrinsic value if you can't find it on a report. And when you don't know the intrinsic value, you don't have a margin of safety.

So HERB is not qualify based on the fact that they stopped reporting.

we know the herb story so well.... it hurts. nobody knows better than us. used to have value before the fake asset swap. we met multiple times with each of the three chairmen, to include translation and legal staff. we partied with their government officials in three different provinces and met their "usa president" plus her family in two countries as well as sponsoring an analyst day with chinese investment bankers and equity analysts in china and hong kong. #fraud

the biggest difference comparing the two siaf/herb is that one has always been a fraud and the second one became a fraud after the government stepped in and stole the assets "back" from the original chairman who, once deceased, lost his power. siaf is a pure fraud. never had any owned assets to begin with.
