How would you know its intrinsic value if they are not reporting?



Again.

I already told you that the company was appraised at $15/share. In fact, the value has been calculated for you. So you don't have to do anything.



Margin of safety is a principle of investing in which an investor only purchases securities when their market price is significantly below their intrinsic value.



Duh. And you are saying that HERB doesn't qualify?
