If we’re going to ride their coattails, I guess we have to ride them all the way. No picking or choosing what we like or don’t like!

It is my understanding that KKR owns 17% and Fortress owns 5.1%. I think most of the big shareholders could get these corporate actions passed by written consents. Perhaps that would give the IRS the excuse to view them as one voting group and maybe this is the reason for the vote.
