I'll be the first to nip that rumor in the bud. Qualcomm is not involved with Utopya in any way. Take that for what it's worth. Remember I was the one to tell everyone back in January they we're using Mediatek to design and manufacture their phones. Hence the helio P20 chipsets. I know without question Qualcomm is not involved here.
