I am certain there are some deep pocketed investors that have taken substantial positions with UATG. Alex knows what the effect of a RS would have on shareholder value and confidence, and why he is dead set against taking that action.

I really look forward to seeing where we are from a growth and PPS standpoint, as early as 6 to 12 months from now. JMO

I don’t believe Alex has stated any of that in a public PR. I personally can not figure out how UATG gets by without an AS increase at this point. Remember Alex supposedly said the notes were paid when the AS was 823 million, then again he said no increase in OS at 904 million and now the AS is maxed, I think. The Q states $136,000+ left in shares to be issued, which is over another 125 million shares (most likely being issued at a discount, so may be twice that). You tell me what’s going to happen.
