I don’t believe Alex has stated any of that in a public PR. I personally can not figure out how UATG gets by without an AS increase at this point. Remember Alex supposedly said the notes were paid when the AS was 823 million, then again he said no increase in OS at 904 million and now the AS is maxed, I think. The Q states $136,000+ left in shares to be issued, which is over another 125 million shares (most likely being issued at a discount, so may be twice that). You tell me what’s going to happen.
