The issue isn't so much the pps dropping as the volatility. Setting the offering price will be like trying to hit a moving target.
With the volatility as it is, no matter what they do they will lose. Either more stock will be needed than the market price would dictate...or...they won't be able to sell much at all.
The may have to switch the mechanics to something closer to an Equity Purchase Agreement that allows for the issuances to occur in tranches with a discount tied to some formula of the price at the time.
However, that would make it floorless and that is a whole different ballgame for FUSZ.
It will be interesting to see what they do...if they do anything.
