laranger; that's a thought and I think you are correct!

However, when I was there in late August I had the 1803 documents; that's where I saw the NOK exhibits that had not been scanned. Also, we all have the latest NOK motion and IDCC response; so the case can't be sealed or the Judge's sealing order has not been transmitted to the clerks! JK
