Ive not heard about a shareholders meeting in the near future, but everything about this company is in the future that keeps moving just a little more into the future when the date gets near. By the way, those notes totalled around $850,000, if I recall correctly. That's a lot of shares at these low share prices... I'd estimate between 60M to 100M shares, as some, if they were converted, were at a higher price in July.
There's no way imo, this stock is going to $5-$10 by the end of the year with this dilution and no explanation for the additional 500M A/S.
