It depends. How many more new shares are to hit the market between now and then. If none, we should hold or go back up. If more, then I agree with you 100%.
IMO, this stock's chart is being carefully painted to deliberately skew indicators. Look at the MACD. It's maintained an upward line across the chart since early July (even going positive in early Aug but the share price goes down), even though its had a steady decay in share price. That pattern imo is deliberately being painted. The accum/dist and OBV all show dilution, as I doubt many retail have been selling. It's a steady dump of shares.
The distribution began in July about the time those notes came due, that SilverBack noted are due over the next two months, ending in Sept. And who know what new shares he's placed into notes since the increase of 500M shares.
What we're witnessing is the exact performance that penny stocks companies are known for and in a negative way.
And why did he increase the A/S? No explanation, deliberately.
