the BO will be an offer... then voted on... gives time in theory for warrant holders to exercise... which they would do... puts more cash on the books and increases the value... it happens at a fixed time... gives big boost to sp before exercised offer... offer could be for cash ... cash and shares... or shares... pretty sure this is how it could work... ex can verify
