Yes....I believe everyone would.

It's just the fact that it can take some companies up to 45 days to complete them.

Lots of OTC Pink stocks have 45 days plus some ask for a 15 day extension.

Amfil Tech has only asked one time for an extension = 5 Days for one of their quarters.

I did hear on another Board that the SEC is considering[order from top brass]the timing..... as You suggest........

2 Reports a Year = 1 every 6 months.

That could really put a bind on the Market Makers.

Never thought of that.
