Hotmeat, I cant believe that.Globic calculated about 11.9 % loss if i remember correct. So that means no other Trustee of the remaining hundrets of Trusts had a claim so far?
Only DB got losses? IMHO it was a deal to delay the whole case and nothing else. All oters whent home more or less happy with their harvest! But not the DB ?? Makes me big ears!!
