bvdog... I did indeed feel that way...'cause I'm pis_ed at having lost money on this POS.
But after a brief consultation with a knowledgable friend I came away with a sense that it would be a waste of my time to pursue this. Regulators, with few resources to expend, will chose to go after the big fish, who lied to thousands via PRs and filings. This is too small, and far too iffy for stretched regulators to bother with... so I was advised.
My discussion with my friend made me think about this issue further. Consider Bellwether... is there a bigger pump and dump operation on the planet? Yet, regulators don't shut them down... likely haven't even tried. Stocktargets is the same thing. And much like others here, I receive dozens of spam emails each week pumping some pinkie stock (everyone knows it's a P&D scam... but yet they still get away with it).
Look... I encourage all of you to do your own DD on this. I sought out advice on my own... I have my answer. I'm not saying it's the final word or even accurate info... what do I know about this stuff... but... I share it with you. Nonetheless, you should seek out your own answers.
