Just because they published it on 8/21 doesn't mean it was first announced on 8/21. Link below is the date this was announced.As you can see there is no problem with all the buying.

It was out over a week ago and Cam even mentioned on a Midas touch video that it will benefit Aurora. That’s all. IMO GLTA
