Why don't you call FINRA and ask them about LOFB. If you enter FINRA, it comes right up. It says that each company has it's own FINRA Representative assigned to it. It would seem to be a simple matter to call, find out who is working on this IPO and then talk to him/her and get the real information if there is any.
Took FINRA a year and a half to put the final OK to FHBC. From all I am able to understand aside from that, is that they are miserable to work with! I have a friend who is a financial adviser, who says the same thing. We will get our LOFB shares. Could be next year sometime, but we will get them!
