needitfast And I don't have a problem with his answer to you. I think the float is pretty close to the 588m shares and I said would reach probably 650m when the current float is converted. That's still really good in that we are at .007. If we were at .20, then that's a different story. He really need to concentrate on growing the business. The key to me is the $8.1m. If they can refinance that, then we are golden. I will try and find that out. I have some good connections in Lending so we'll see what transpires

OK, so the NASTY and VICIOUS and IMMORAL REVERSE SPLIT is confirmed?

I mean, NYSE PPS requirement is $1.00 and DRUS is $0.007, so we need a 14,200% PPS increase, or a 150:1 REVERSE SPLIT ratio to get to $1.00, correct?

What are your thoughts about this?
