I emailed him the same basic question. He didnt answer the direct question ans CCed Stephen Hart on the email. The only thing he said:

My response was not automated. We are considering different options to answer some of the questions investors have raised. I am into to getting things done and growing the business.


I can’t update the OS and float. Our transfer agent has to do it.
