Yes IMO they got a plan to bring the price up and are keeping quiet for now. An R/S has never been mentioned or planned by the company. We just need a blockbuster PR and this thing goes back over $3 in a heart beat. Plus look at the chart. The first run up was followed by months downtrend just like it's currently happening, so i think the 3rd stairstep coming in soon.
