Theyve continued to use sfor ip over the last year .. this would have to be part of discovery wouldnt it? Secure auth may be asked to provide books of such sales during this period i would think
The case was transferred to California two weeks after SFOR proposed a discovery schedule man.... as soon as it got to Cali a hearing was granted for a motion to dismiss. Months later it was dismissed and they’ve been appealing ever since.
Look at docket 42. There’s nothing about discovery after that as docket 50 shows change of location for the case. Ever since that point SecureAuth moved for dismissal and eventually won.
