As a direct owner of class 17 notes, is there anyone on the trust side that you can contact for an explanation of the delay in distribution?

One possibility- wait for the 10 year period ending - claim there is no other document available- keep only the finalized settlement papers - make the settled payments - use Enron shredders - No more questions - case closed.

... But, it is my opinion that this agreed upon time, affects everything and everyone ...

I agree with your assessment regarding the timing of the Class 17 WMB Noteholders.

IMO...there must have been a stay on all information/reports regarding MBS Trusts that were under DB or other Trustees. The fact that you were able to track "Non DB Related Performing Trusts" after the DB (Globic Settlement on 12/31/17), is proof that the Globic Settelement affected all MBS Trusts under other Trustees.

So, I would concur on your statement that the settlement of the Class 17 WMB Noteholders/Bondholders' claims will affect the timing of the Class 19 and 22 recoveries.



When is the next possible scheduled payment to Class 17 WMB Bondholders? I think you mentioned somewhere in mid December 2018??
