Yes, ABCE did file the NT on the DUE date and STILL expect the extension day to be FIVE CALENDAR days as they did in the past.

Of course, the SEC will allow another day if a day in the FIVE CALENDAR days is on the weekend or includes a holiday.

It doesn't take any DD to understand that, but the extension still requires the CALENDAR not BUSINESS days.
