Schwab is 4.99 a trade and I have never been restricted in 15 years with them

I had Merrill Edge and they just changed all of their policies to only allow you to trade stocks that were at least $5pps and have a mkt cap of at least $300M so I am in the process of transferring all of my assets to E Trade.

Some brokerage houses are changing their rules to not let you trade OTC because of the volatility and their fear of price manipulation.

well,yes----more firms re trying to get "headache pennies" off their books----when they go lights out----too many calls from investors regreting their picks and demanding someone pay for their bad calls------side note----"physical certificate "---------YIKES-------they havent been used in years !!!!!
