Schwab told me several years back, to wait until my cert share cleared and my 3 MIA certs land in old ENTI issue that was at Zecco, then TradeKing and now rests at ALLY brought about a merger and acquisition ... before transferring


I have trade restriction with my old ENTI issue. No issues in my Schwab account, it is a self clearing brokerage.
