And that is not good for shareholders. It is GREAT for noteholders as they get shares at a 50% discount to market of the lowest closing price in any weekly period.

So if the stock closes at .005? They get shares at .0025. Even selling at .004 makes them good bank.

So that is terrible for CDIX and its shareholders as it is called toxic death spiral financing. The lower the price, the more shares a note holder gets and the more dilution that occurs, which drives the price down more. Then they just get more shares for the next conversion and so on and so on.

TOXIC DEATH SPIRAL.

Unless they get that under control? This stock is headed down the toilet. Hell.....it's already swirling in the toilet bowl.

Wish people kicked up this much of a fuss about dilution with my other tickers, as they all are getting pummeled by it. Nature of the OTC i guess.

Thanks for responding. Surprised this is the only way these companies can get funding. They really need to address this, as it's just the little guy that gets screwed here.

Just wish CEO's would be a touch more honest. It seems they all just lie to get people to buy their stock. Got to be pretty soulless to do that to another human but so be it. Capitalism eh, aint it fun!
