It is just economics. The lower the conversion prices the greater the note holder can maximize profits. Note holder will get a discount below current trading price, so they can flip shares for small percentage profits now. Or they can simply hold and sell shares when the company issues press releases and make even greater profits.

This company has shown a history that note holders dump on press releases. So i don't expect that tradition to change anytime soon.
