hotmeat, why is it so hard to understand that the investors who signed timely releases now own the former Estate and if these owners own BENEFICIAL assets of said Estate, then why is it NOT likely that WMIH would make a deal with WMILT who represents those beneficial assets to be purchased with WMIH common or preferred shares?

YOu can not say is is NOT CREDIBLE either can you. OR I guess I should say WILL YOU

OK then explain how UNLIQUIDATED assets can come back and or how MARKERS receive value for what they own!

And NO SIR you don't eat a goose that lays golden eggs , you take very good care of her even if you don't own her, you still get part a % of her eggs she lays.

I will somewhat agree if it doesn't happen PRIOR to the RS then it will def go on a back burner as far a a relative topic
