They’re seldom worried because 99% of penny stocks (I made up that number) are headed for bankruptcy.

I called the TA. They don’t give out any info on naked short interest / failures to deliver, etc. They told me to contact the company lawyer or a rule 144 / securities lawyer. I’m not even going to bother contacting Gina Austin. They’re so crooked that she would just not respond at all IMO. Makes me sick.
