Well, if one only bought penny stocks that were net PROFITABLE and had low PE's.... there wouldn't be a penny stock market, lol...

I like to buy OVERSOLD penny stocks that have a really good chance to run on great REVENUE INCREASES with the possibility of near term NET PROFITS..
