Seems logical to presume that any good rally bounce to a major target ,like 3.75/4.00 will get hammered back down again, over the next half year. like the past year has done.

A Market means the stock is worth what someone is willing to pay.
Who is the "better analyst" of that value, the buyer or the seller?
