This case should matter to ANY REAL investor. For one to avoid further legal costs and suit for frivolous damages exactly what SBI has a history of doing! Unlike yourself I for one am pleased we won and a furher step toward our goal of profitability and value! JMO of course but differnet then yours obviously!

I'll let your record speak for itself. You really think this is going to a higher court? Research the odds of a decision being overturned, in particular the grounds for this lawsuit are laughable. SBI tried to strong arm QMC and failed big time.
