Dude, I have no side in theses cases and have no idea which side is in the wrong. It really doesn't matter to me who wins. I'm waiting for the opportunity to make money and believe that may present itself here regardless of how this dispute gets resolved.

Regarding "with prejudice" lets go to the exact words of circuit judge Rodney Smith... "This case is hereby dismissed with prejudice before this court..." BEFORE.THIS.COURT. Yes, they cannot refile with this court. But if you research it a bit more, I believe you will find that the dismissal itself can be appealed to a higher court. And if you re-read my comment again, I didn't say SBI should appeal, I said we'd know relatively quickly if they were going to. You really should rethink your bias and assumptions about me. There was no ill intent or desperation in my comment. It was just a statement of what I believed to be a fact.
