There is a big difference between a trolling lawyer and a black and white case.

Kinda like CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's lawyer pal that initially represented TAUG in the Cowan case. This is the one that insisted Florida would be the appropriate venue, which wasted a boatload of shareholder money, while jerking around for a year. And the one that "forgot" to file the "jury demand" once the case got to New Jersey!
