I think the Q will come out sometime next week, but not necessarily on Monday... OTC QB regulations have something about how many times you can miss the filing deadline and retain your status though, but I'm not sure where $PNTV is in that regards... However, I'm VERY HAPPY with yesterday's CEO update, and the market REACTION to it today!
