Really thats your argument?

"BlockSafe had no operating activities and no cryptocurrency tokens have been developed."

Present perfect continuous (I have been working)
this usage applies here

We use the present perfect continuous for a single activity that began at a point in the past and is still continuing:

It was stupid of me to even entertain that argument, because you left out the key parts of your quote.....

As of June 30, 2018, BlockSafe had no operating activities and no cryptocurrency tokens have been developed. There is no assurance as to whether, or at what amount, or on what terms, tokens will be available, if ever.

It is semantics I know. But again, this is a legal document and the EXACT wording matter. Every word and every comma matters.

then why did you leave out the As of June 30, 2018?
Also you forgot to address the front part of your quote

BlockSafe had no operating activities

Development? lol.......

it says right there as of June 30, 2018 blocksafe hasn't done a damn thing. Nothing, no operating activities, and no tokens.....

Exact wording matters....

So those tokens that have already transferred from one wallet to another aren’t developed? If they are transferable they are developed crypto tokens. We have proof of that even.

The only way to use this argument would be admitting it isn’t a token that can’t be replicated by somebody else.

“What is a 'Cryptocurrency'
A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that uses cryptography for security. A cryptocurrency is difficult to counterfeit because of this security feature. A defining feature of a cryptocurrency, and arguably its most endearing allure, is its organic nature; it is not issued by any central authority, rendering it theoretically immune to government interference or manipulation.”

So the cyber security company is saying they’re having trouble securing their own token. Lol, that’s what you’re saying. It also means someone right now can go take one of those tokens and replicate it 100,000,000,000x and render it worthless. So I’ll give you that one. They used wording to wiggle out of fraud. But it’s good to know. I’m going to try and get my hands on one of these things while they’re unsecured. Start taking some loans out myself. Free money and also not viewed as an illegal action yet!
