It seems to me that he FDA has more than enough evidence to act against pharmas as prescribed in the law?
Opioids are big money makers and sadly, the pharmas and other political power centers are controlling this country.

I was 10 during nixon's time. Yes our government screwed up thankfully we can invest in cannabis and so many people will be helped.
