Don't read too much in to it.

CFO Squad wants the audit done as much as anybody. They are working through all the disclosures.
No one is 'taking anyone' for ride. Like any contractor, they showed confidence they could get it done. Turns out, was a little trickier. RBSM also added more senior auditors to the process, their junior auditors were simply not getting it done. So it is all on the right path and it will get completed and filed, simple as that.

In the meantime, AMFE is making $$$$

All it does is increase the gap between current pps and fair value.

Once up-listed the gap will close.

Plus we will have even more news to increase revenues, especially GRO3 coming on the scene hard.

So the pink market doesn't like successful companies. Maybe purposely being held down by MM so they can accumulate. All that will change soon enough.

Yes..this Audit has become somewhat of a dilemma.

Roger preferring not to say anything about this is the best way to approach this situation.

Roger should have never mentioned the Audit PERIOD... to any shareholder in the first place.

Many OTC Pink Sheet Firms[CEO'S] do make this same error in Judgement.

Once the Cat was out of the bag...Roger being the Good Scout Eagle was giving us updates and RBSM was not co-operating.

Made this look bad to some of the Longs...so some shares were sold and We are here at this point in time.

Either You believe in the CEO[Positive earnings] and Hold or You do not believe in Him and You can make that other decision.

As for myself...I am holding.

Two things have muddied up the PPS of AMFE.

1.The Audit

2. The Gro-3 News[In direct correlation to a Marijuana Grow company I mentioned Yesterday holding us up].

But Snakes and Lattes alone[Plus game distribution Division] can support all of the other subsidiaries in the meantime.

Like Rocket said, the audit is not taking any longer than any other audit like this, Roger is waiting like the rest of us, any other guesses as to what is going on don't really matter
