I call baloney with all respect. Tricked? If the CEO is so out of it he can be tricked into an RS along with any news should accompany his resignation. How much face from the nonexistent institutional investors would he lose if on Friday a rs is necessary for shareholders benefit then on the following Tuesday it's my bad just kidding?
