Remember they only got one settlement a 10 million dollar settlement. They than sued 7 more and two they settled and got nothing. Five more to go. One of those has tied them up in court and the only one that they probably would have got something from was bought out (good luck with that). Its like a domino they are losing every case one by one. And to add to all that you have an incompetent ceo who simply cannot produce revenue. On top he is a big liar. Only trade this one do not go long on this or you will loose. Enough said.
