Intended to raise SP back over 1$ in order to stay listed on NASDAQ. Delisting from Nasdaq is not desired by current shareholders. It is not in their interest do dump shares at this moment. Nothing left of value in this co justifying climbing anywhere close to $1 IMO
New investors will have to look at the fundamentals before getting in at such high prices based on unrealistic Recycling sale value
