So, let's talk about the sequence:

1. Company announces sale of recycling business for X number of dollars (presumably at some number higher than the current <5MM market cap).

2. Traders notice the multiple and the share price spikes in pre or post market (price has already spiked and the news is "buried").

3. Current holders, realizing that massive dilution is coming down the pike that will not benefit them, sell into the spike.

Is this a reasonable scenario?
