Alex is missing one thing. Shareholder confidence. Again, every single person who has ever invested or given this company money has less money now then when they invested. Yet he keeps talking about his shareholder value, and hes increased liquidity in the stock. Well no shit, if you increase the OS by 800 million shares in less than a year there is going to be more liquidity, but anyone who wants off the ride is going to lose their ass in the negative value Alex has built into the share price.

What's Alex's plan now that hes maxed the AS again? First time he mismanaged funds he raised the AS, second time he mismanaged funda he raised the AS, third time hes mismanaged funds, he will raise the AS.

- Wheres the $1.1 mil coming from for expansion?
- Where'd the $2 mil buyback number come from?
- Wheres the capitalization on the manufacture of 8,000 Aegis Pins? Still on a shelf.
- Why are the supposedly already made UBR's not being sold? Either they don't exist or Alex is an idiot.
- Why do we have $35mil invested in acquired tech and we aren't doing a single thing with them?

All this technology he bought is getting outdated daily. You think the battery pack, and the drones tech he bought 5 years ago hasn't already been outdated?

Alex is going to wait and wait till someone else puts out a product and makes whatever we have obsolete before it even gets manufactured.

I bought $50mil in 1980s computer tech but I plan to capitalize on that tech I bought in 2020. Well that $50mil in tech is now worth about half a cent as everything else progressed. And that's exactly what this guy is doing.

He has no money, he is a liar, and he can't prove that any of these big numbers of $2mil $600k, $500k even exist outside of diluting us. The only place we as shareholders can see where money is coming from to fund his stupid I vestments decisions is from a ballooning OS.

And that is why, he has lost shareholder trust. If he PRd right now that he landed a $20 million contract this stock would probably get sold off because he has lied and mismanaged so badly that no one would even believe him if he said he likes the color blue more than red.
