they probably won't get the collateral shares back before the first distribution


We shouldn't count on those shares being returned before the first distribution, but from the response (to the articles in Finansavisen) on April 12th this year they stated that;

The collateral shares do not carry any dividend or voting rights


Earlier they have said that the collateral shares does receive dividends, but that they will have to be returned with the collateral shares. Now they seem to have changed that so that the shares doesn't receive dividend in the first place, hence there shouldn't be a problem - although you never know with these guys...

50M shares might be a good estimate though, since we don't know how much more dilution is coming - especially if we don't have any financing deals in the next few months.

When do you expect the entire Tri-Way stock dividends will be distributed to shareholders? 2 years from now? And do we need to wait for Tri-Way post-IPO before we can sell it if we want to?

Will the collateral shares receive a portion of it? And if so, are we going to get it back once the collateral shares are gone?
