When do you expect the entire Tri-Way stock dividends will be distributed to shareholders? 2 years from now?

My best guess is, first distribution in October and second distribution some time next year. Best case early 2019, or in october a year from now.

And do we need to wait for Tri-Way post-IPO before we can sell it if we want to?

Yes. Although if it is not listed 3 years from now perhaps there will be other arrangements.

Will the collateral shares receive a portion of it? And if so, are we going to get it back once the collateral shares are gone?

My understanding is that the collateral shares will also receive the dividends, but they have to give it back together with the SIAF shares upon loan repayment. There is hardly any other way to do this. Whether SIAF intends to get some of the collateral shares back before the distributions is hard to say. Perhaps the 3M from the TRW loan. But not the 5M from the Asian loan IMO.
