But, to each his own, I know people who pay big bucks to hunt and fish, so the fantasy of owning stock in a refinery is not surprising. That way, you can say “we are building a refinery “. You know, running with the Rockefeller ‘s. Lol

Nope, a RS will only happen for one reason and that is to get more and more EXTREMELY TOXIC LOANS. BTW, how many have they had and all they have to show for it is a flagpole and smooth dirt. Requirements cannot be met by a RS alone.
