It looks like most are admitting it is a scam and the refinery.is a fantasy. But, to each his own, I know people who pay big bucks to hunt and fish, so the fantasy of owning stock in a refinery is not surprising. That way, you can say “we are building a refinery “. You know, running with the Rockefeller ‘s. Lol
