I would say probably not. However, its mostly likely 2 months out and alot can happen in between for example short covering before r/s, raising pps.

I've also seen Cos decide to cancel r/s and it having tremendous upward impact, unlikely to happen here imo.

Wasn't NSM's SP @$18 prior to the M&A?...could the 1;12 have anything to do with getting the SP back there?
