We disagree ,Apple will drag it out anywhere it can DB.
No such thing as a “short” phase of frivolous lawsuits such as VPLM ‘s.
Apple has the money and the time and most importantly the desire to crush this troll and Malak like the Cockroach he is.

WRONG: emails, instant messaging cache, paper documents, boxes of it taking months to review costing millions in lawyer hours. And then scheduling employees and experts to provide depositions where lawyers from both sides spend days grilling each person over the contents of all of that content while being video taped. It goes on forever. And ever. And costs MILLIONS. And guess who has more money to burnthan VPLM? Everyone.
